    Abstract: 組織氛圍對一個組織影響至大且鉅，不只是組織的成員會
    受到感染，就連踏入組織的訪客亦可以感受得到組織的氛圍，
    故組織氛圍的營造，對組織而言其重要性自然就不言而喻。
    創新不只是突破或新奇，創新的目的更在於價值之創造，
    學校組織的創新，就是擺脫傳統困頓的舊思維，以全新的氣象、
    嶄新的作為發展學校的特色、突破學校現有的困境、達成學校
    的教育目標。
    因為組織氛圍的構成層面，包括了軟體與硬體、過去與現
    在、可見與不可見…因此，組織氛圍的營造必須從近而遠再由
