摘要: | 全球隨著金融風暴影響,百姓對生活環境存在不安定感,2010年台灣區五都市長選舉正考驗候選人受百姓期待信任區間,市長當選人如何面對經濟危機而能突破困境為社會謀福利為當務之急,更是百姓對下一屆市長選擇重要因素之一,本研究應用易經姓名學人才管理分類模式探討台北都之台北市連任市長郝龍斌與新北市新任市長朱立倫派任政務官格局類型,結果發現,A、F、D、H類型較易受市長信賴派任,其中格局H5、A1、A6、E1 、E8、F1、F7 、G8 較多比率成為一級政務官,全世界面對一連串的政經與環境變遷因素,如何藉由中華文化特有的易經五行生息概念連結姓名做人力資源行政管理模式探討,期待能為華人尋找更適合政務人才管理選擇方法應用之研究。 Because of the current financial and economic crisis, people find that they are living in an unstable environment. Council candidates in five cities mayors are faced with the question of how much people will trust them to break through this plight. It is one of the people choice for the next mayor important factors. This research is based on YI-Cheng science name classification. This research for Re-election of Taipei City Mayor, Hau Lung-Bin and New Taipei City mayor, Chu Li-Lun of new Administrative Officer, The result shows that in A, D and H areas the people may be willing to accept them, especially in H5, A1, and A6. The world face political, economic and environmental changed, Combined with YI-Cheng science name classification in five elements Chinese culture in human resources management, management is using it to their advantage and expects that they may find the top managers in Asia. |
