    Abstract: 本研究以飛牛牧場為研究標的，以現場作業巡查做為檢測工具，將顧客前往飛牛牧
    場前之準備至離開園區，針對牧場整體服務畫出服務流程圖，將此流程圖作為管理、測
    量顧客實際體驗到的服務工具。研究結果指出大多數顧客認同牧場之服務流程，顧客較
    不認同牧場餐點及商品便宜這部分，故飛牛牧場應改善此部分以高顧客的整體體驗。
