    Abstract: 顧客滿意已被許多實證研究驗證會顯著影響顧客再光臨與市場佔有率,同時也被企業視為提昇企業收益與競爭優勢之重要影響因素。另外,以國家宏觀觀點而言,國家顧客滿意亦提供了國家競爭優勢分析與後續發展策略規劃之依據。近十年,各種國家顧客滿意指標(瑞典顧客滿意指標、美國顧客滿意指標、歐洲顧客滿意指標與中國顧客滿意指標)相繼提出並受到廣泛的重視與運用。但對台灣專屬之國家顧客滿意指標,則尚處於驗證模式階段。
    本研究引用Lee(2006)所提之台灣顧客滿意指標(TCSI)並為其執行單一產業之模式適配性驗證,而探討產業為連鎖咖
