    Abstract: 本研究之目的是在探討參觀博物館旅客之個人背景、對導覽解說服務的行前期望重視度、以及實際體驗之滿意度為何;進一步瞭解旅客不同之屬性,對導覽解說服務之行前期望重視度是否有差異;瞭解旅客個人屬性之不同,對導覽解說服務實際體驗之滿意度是否有差異;以及旅客對行前期望重視度與實際體驗之滿意度間是否有差距。
