    Abstract: 少子化及教育自由化的時代來臨,家長選擇權提高,教育組織面臨的競爭壓力升高。校長應運用內部行銷(internal marketing, IM)的策略,將學校的願景、理念及組織任務等傳達給教師,強調教職員間共識的凝聚,期使教師對學校組織產生認同及正向態度,藉以提升教職員的工作士氣及工作滿意,進而提升組織的績效。
    本研究欲探討國小教師內部行銷知覺、工作士氣與工作滿意的關聯性,用問卷的方式,以台中縣公立國小正式教師為發放的對象,有效樣本為262份,並利用SPSS12.0統計軟體進行資料的分析,分析方法有描述
