    Abstract: 經濟體系和企業型態的改變,使管理階層開始重視人才的培訓。如何能有效地達成人才的培訓,成了企業的重要議題。本文探究學習動機與學習成效的關係,以及對授課者領導風格的知覺,是否干擾上述關係。結果發現,受測者的內在動機正向地影響學習滿意度。當受測者所知覺的轉換型領導較低時,其本身內在學習動機對學習的滿意度有正向的影響。
