Abstract:	論者行文的動機，主要因發現管、孫二人皆春秋時中、末之齊人，同樣有成書真偽的問題，管仲認為「兵者，尊主安國之經。」孫武亦有「安國全軍之道」；管仲有「至善不戰」、「避實擊虛」之論，孫武亦有「不戰而屈人之兵」及「奇正相生」之論；汎此而論，不一而足。惜國內治學者很少對《管子》(或學派)與《孫子》在思想上之異同進行比較研究，這或許是因為《管子》學術統緒之斷絕，著作的思想內涵自難為後人所了解，亦或許是研究方法的失當。至於《孫子》則有明顯研究過熱的現象。有鑑於此，論者不揣淺陋，以找出二者間的相通處和互賴關係。 The writer’s motive for this article is to compare and identify the Guanzi’s and Sun Tzu’s theories, placed during the middle age to the final years of Spring and Autumn Period of China (722~481 BC), based on the description of warfare.
