本研究在探討大學資管教師在研究領域方向變動的狀況。研究目的包括探討國內資管系教師近十二年來的研究趨勢；從人及組織觀點探討教師的研究領域指標之影響；以
及最後從結果中瞭解影響差異的原因，將這些原因所隱含的教育政策或教師研究問題進行探討。本研究收集次級資料進行分析，採用分層抽樣方式篩選大學校院及教師樣本。從本研究結果得知教師職級、學校定位及學校學制對教師的研究傾向有較多的影響，同時獲得大學資管教師在2000 年到2011 年的研究領域趨勢。 This study explores changes the research areas of faculty within the Department of Information Management at University.
