    Abstract: 對身處人生風暴期的青少年而言,班級導師是影響其學習與人格發展的關鍵人
    物,導師可藉助有效能的領導來塑造良好班風,對於班級學習效果的提升應大有助
    益,因此本研究以國中導師及班級學生為研究對象,探討人格特質、轉型領導行為與
    學習滿意度之間的關係,利用分層隨機抽樣進行問卷調查,並跳脫以往由學習者知覺
    的填答方式,轉而兼採導師自評與學生自評,「人格特質量表」及「轉型領導行為量
    表」由導師填答,「學習滿意度量表」則由班級學生填答,共計回收導師有效問卷30
    份及學生有效問卷577 份。
