    Abstract: 近年來由於資訊科技的突飛猛進，人力資源網站成為一種新的媒合管道，並廣為企業應用，政府或民間單位亦可架設相關網站提供儲備教師查詢資訊。本研究以科技接受模式(TAM)為基礎，探討教師個人背景、電腦自我效能、網站功能性三個外在變項，與科技接受模式變項(知覺有用性、知覺易用性、行為意圖)彼此之間關係的差異情形，以暸解國小教師對教師人力資源網站的使用現況、認知程度與使用意願。本研究根據文獻分析所得資料，編制「教師人力資源網站使用意願調查問卷」為研究工具以進行研究，以99學年度實施活化課程之新北市公立國民小學行政人員
