    Abstract: 對企業管理而言，能夠保留並善加管理企業知識相當重要。本文探討 資訊檢索及資料探勘技術運用於企業知識管理時應有之考量及挑戰，並據此提出一套企業式知識地圖模組(enterprise Knowledge Map,簡稱e-KMap)。將其運用於企業知識管理當中，可有效地透過知識地圖之呈現方式，提供給企業相關人員更完善的企業知識，提昇企業管理之整體效益。為驗證e_KMap在保留及有效管理知識之實際成效，我們將設計一實驗以模擬企業資訊變動與知識地圖之變動情形。
