    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討普通班教師轉介資源班學生的因素,瞭解影響教師轉介的因
    素及其相對重要性,並比較不同教師背景變項對轉介因素考量的差異情形。
    本研究以台中市設有資源班之公立國中小普通班教師為研究對象,並以自編之「
    國民教育階段普通班教師轉介資源班學生因素研究調查問卷」為研究工具,研究
    結果歸納如下:
    不同性別和特教背景教師在學生行為特質的轉介考量上具有差異。
    不同任教階段教師在教師轉介知覺上具有差異。
    不同性別、任教階段、轉介經驗和教導身心障礙學生經驗教師在資源班及其運作
    模式的轉介考量上具有差異。
    This research aims to investigate factors that result in referrals of students to
    resource rooms by regular class teachers and evaluate their comparative significance.
