    Abstract: 本研究以問卷調查之方式進行工程主辦人員應具備之專案管理知識的統計與分析，系針對現今營建工程專案管理效能不足所進行的研究。因此本研究所提出工程主辦人員應具備知識項目之重視度與滿意度，建立工程主辦人員應具備專案管理之基礎知識。現階段國內工程主辦人員對於具備國際專案管理知識體系(IPMA)各項知識之重視度相當高，但滿意度卻相當低落，代表工程主辦人員未落實執行專案管理，因此改善滿意度之關鍵須有效落實營建專案管理。運用本研究所建立之基礎知識表後可了解個人所缺乏之能力，與應補強之部份，以提升工程專案團隊的管理品質，進
