工程設計變更涉及專案範疇之改變，是專案風險之主要來源之一。錯誤與不當的變更管理常導致工期展延、成本透支與爭議不斷等專案失敗之問題。本文從專案管理文獻中彙整「構型管理(Configuration Management)」之方法，以營建工程專案為對象，提出「營建工程變更設計管理模式」，並以一實際公共工程專案為例進行個案研究，透過三年多的觀察與資料蒐集，分析該個案之變更管理與構型管理之異同，藉以歸納出國內營建工程導入構型管理之管理重點，期能提供國內營建業導入構型管理之參考。 The design changes involve the change of scope, thus become the major source of risks for construction projects.
