    Abstract: 本研究的目的在以系統性的觀點建立新的決策分析方法論M-IPA,協助企業建立市場策
    略與改善方向以贏得訂單。重要度-表現度分析 (Importance-Performance Analysis, IPA) 模式
    已成為廣泛地運用於顧客滿意管理的主要工具。然而傳統的IPA 模式卻隱含重要的假設:品
    質特性為互相獨立的變數,因此未以系統化的角度分析品質特性的類型及對系統的影響。在
    此假設下,若品質特性具有相互影響關係時,傳統的IPA 模式無法正確地分析重要度與改善
    的優先順序,因而導致錯誤的決策。本研究提出新的
