    Abstract: 隨著網際網路以及行動商務的普及,電子商務不斷地成長且愈來愈多的消費者進行線上購物行為。近年來,消費者在線上購買的商品逐漸多樣化,因此網路商店的成功模式是很值得探討議題。本研究的主要目的在探討影響網路商店成功的因素。Grace gfit是一個非常成功的電子商務個案,本篇研究利用其作為個案探討對象。本研究結果指出,電子商務策略及商業經營模式可作為成功網路商店的判斷準則。
