    Abstract: 本研究是以自動化物料搬運系統為主軸,探討在不同的機台穩定度下,派車法則對生產績效的影響。在自動化生產環境中,物料搬運系統能解決人力搬運安全性及預防人力不足的問題,更能提高生產系統的效率與彈性,而無人搬運車為其中一種常見之設備。過去相關研究大都著重在物料搬運之順暢性,並沒有太多學者探討在不同的在機台當機模式下派車法則的優劣問題。因此,本研究之目的在於探討零工型工廠中,在不同機器穩定度與投料負荷量下,派車法則對生產績效的影響。運用系統模擬軟體(eM-Plant)構建一個晶圓廠,並以高、低兩種投料量與五種機台穩
