    Abstract: 台灣的薄膜電晶體液晶顯示器（TFT-LCD），根據DisplaySearch2007年的調查資料顯示，世界主要TFT-LCD生產國包括我國、韓國及日本。我國之TFT-LCD總產能面積已超越韓國，我國與韓國分別佔42%、41%。以出貨量計算，我國也已超越韓國成為全球第一，分別佔47%、40%。因此本文擬從TFT-LCD產業之經營發展及市場結構進行分析及研究,以提供政府及業者一些相關建議。綜合上述，本文主要目的在探討台灣TFT-LCD產業之經營發展及市場集中度分析，研究中以SWOT及4P等作為經營發展分析架構
