    Abstract: 由於衝突已成為組織運作過程中不可避免之現象(Pondy，1967；Katz & Kahn，1978)，然而過於微弱、稀少的衝突，可能造成組織遲滯與革新的困難；過於激烈、頻繁的衝突會導致組織面臨分裂或混亂；但適度的衝突，則可以維持組織的穩定發展與革新、進步，而衝突是否產生有益或有害的結果，端視學校行政人員的管理技巧而定。
    本研究運用決策實驗室分析法（DEMATEL）來得知衝突因素間相互影響的因果關係及相互影響的權重值，以找出國民小學行政人員衝突發生的關鍵因素，並提供給國民小學行政團隊的領導者面對衝突
