    Abstract: 網際網路發展讓消費方式有許多改變,網路購買商品逐漸變成新購物趨勢,商家開始使用網際網路進行網路事業,如何瞭解顧客想法、再購買意願等因素是商家必須面對的問題。書籍類購物為網路購物中僅次衣服類和電子商品類購物,本研究主要探討網路書店商家的服務品質與消費者的滿意度、消費者的購買意願之間的關係,研究目的在於(一)討論服務品質對消費者滿意度之關係(二)討論服務品質對消費者購買意願之關係(三)討論消費者滿意度對消費者購買意願之關係。
