Abstract:	在國中教學現場，導師是班級經營優劣的關鍵，而班級經營策略之良窬影響其成敗。由相關文獻得知，導師人格特質與領導風格影響班級經營策略甚重，了解此一關係有助教育人員提升班級經營效能。本研究探討新竹縣國中導師人格特質與領導風格對班級經營策略之相關影響，並分析前兩者在導師班級經營策略中所扮演的角色，並建構三者之結構方程模式。本研究以新竹縣國中導師為研究對象，採問卷調查並利用分層隨機抽樣法，取得有效問卷共239 份；再將資料以結構方程模式的潛在變項之路徑分析來檢驗整體模型的適切性，並進行參數估計，用以檢驗 In the scene of Junior High School, home room teacher is the key of classroom management, and so is its strategies.
