    Abstract: 在國中教學現場,導師是班級經營優劣的關鍵,而班級經營策略之良窬影響其成
    敗。由相關文獻得知,導師人格特質與領導風格影響班級經營策略甚重,了解此一關係
    有助教育人員提升班級經營效能。本研究探討新竹縣國中導師人格特質與領導風格對班
    級經營策略之相關影響,並分析前兩者在導師班級經營策略中所扮演的角色,並建構三
    者之結構方程模式。本研究以新竹縣國中導師為研究對象,採問卷調查並利用分層隨機
    抽樣法,取得有效問卷共239 份;再將資料以結構方程模式的潛在變項之路徑分析來檢
    驗整體模型的適切性,並進行參數估計,用以檢驗
