Abstract:	隨著時代的發展與環境的變遷，企業社會責任已成為國際組織與全球企業重視的課題。而聯合國全球盟約（The UN Global Compact）、OECD多國企業指導綱領、全球永續報告第三代綱領（GRI,G3）及世界企業永續發展委員會（WBCSD）更訂定了企業社會責任規範、標準、道德行為準則。有鑑於此，我國台灣證劵交易所及財團法人中華民國證劵櫃檯買賣中心亦制訂了「上市上櫃公司訂定道德行為準則參考範例」及「上市上櫃公司企業社會責任實務守則」。另外，有鑑於企業社會責任的重要性，天下雜誌於近年來針對我國上市上櫃公司進
