    Abstract: 組織精簡成為民間企業求取生存與提
    升競爭力的重要手段,或藉由組織瘦身來
    降低人事成本、提升運作效率以求取生
    存;國軍組織受到外來及內在環境因素衝
    擊,在國防政策的指導下,分別實施「精
    實案」、「精進案」及現階段102 年起實施
    「精粹案」的組織精簡寄望塑造每個人成
    為以一當十,甚而當百的幹部,致現在許
    多軍官無法適應組織之變革,對基層人員
    的工作壓力等的影響引起廣泛的研究及討
    論。
    藉本研究結果了解軍官在組織精簡
    (精粹案)下,對現階職務認同與生涯規畫
    及離職傾向之意願分析,彙整出離職動向
    後轉換職場,其
