    Abstract: 本研究針對我國陸軍飛行人員於其工
    作認知程度、組織承諾及工作滿足是否具
    備關聯性及其強度進行相關實證研究,採
    用八項構面進行工作認知程度對於組織承
    諾之影響以及組織承諾及工作滿足互動關
    係之研究,三大因素構面分別為:工作認
    知(專業認知、價值認知、安全認知)、組
    織承諾(價值承諾、努力承諾、留職承諾)
    及工作滿足(內在滿足、外在滿足),發放
    100 份問卷(有效問卷100 份),研究結果
    發現,工作認知對於組織承諾具有正面影
    響性、組織承諾對於工作滿足互具正面影
    響性。
