Abstract:	本研究針對教育單位對新移民子女教育政策之執行進行探討，瞭解教育行政機關教育政策執行的現況、影響的因素，以及其缺失與改進做法。主要的研究目的如下：一、瞭解我國新移民子女教育政策沿革與轉變。二、分析影響當前教育單位對新移民子女教育政策，在執行時的目標與實際執行間的落差，以及有何不足與缺失。三、透過臺北市文山區的個案實證調查，呈現該項政策在實務執行上的真實面貌，並提出相關改進建議，供教育單位作為未來決策之參考。本研究採用文獻分析法及調查問卷法，首先蒐集相關文獻，作為理論依據及目前執行現況說明。再根據文獻分析所 This research aims at investigating the educational policy implementation regarding new immigrants’ children to understand the current situation, influential factors, flaws and areas for improvement of the educational administrative authorities’ policy im
