    Abstract: 本文主要探討中央研究院約聘僱專技人員之工作滿意度,從中瞭解約聘僱專技人員在工作內容與正式編制人員相同,但勞動條件卻較不佳的情形下,其對工作之滿意程度為何。本研究方式為問卷調查法,針對中央研究院約聘僱專技人員191份有效樣本進行分析。根據研究結果如下:
    一、不同背景的約僱人員之工作滿意度之外在因素的感受上,在同事關係、單位行政制度、主管領導以及工作環境設備,上述四個因素有顯著的差異。從研究結果顯示出年紀輕且未婚的對同事關係產生較高的滿意度﹔年紀輕者對於單位的行政制度是較有認同感﹔而資深同仁與主管共事較久亦較
