    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討各級學校橄欖球代表隊教練管理行為之研究。研究對象為各級學校橄欖球代表隊698名選手。並以「各級學校橄欖球代表隊教練管理行為量表」作為研究工具，實施問卷調查，進行因素分析後，研究結果顯示：(一)各級學校橄欖球代表隊選手對教練管理行為認知程度之同意程度皆達中上程度，以「要求自我約束」層面之同意程度最高，而「訓練計畫目標的訂定」層面之同意程度最低。(二)各級學校橄欖代表隊選手對教練管理行為認知程度，除了不同球員位置在各項因素構面上沒有達到顯著差異之外，其餘皆達顯著差異(p<.05)。(三)國中組的
