    Abstract: 學校文化不但是兼具積極功能與消極功能的文化,且可賦予有意安排或引導發展的方向,故若能瞭解學校文化的內涵及特質,進而從事學校文化的教育設計,以使減少學校文化的消極功能,增加其積極功能。足見「學校文化」之探討,具有其重要性與必要性,故本文旨在以Schein的觀點,建構出我國中等教育階涵「學校文化內涵」含有「共同行為規準」、「教育價值觀」、「教育革新基本假設」、「教育理念基本假設」等四層次。最後,並進一步提出相關建議以供塑造優質學校文化之參考。
