    Abstract: 本文以學校組織創新氛圍與教師組織承諾兩者為探究變項,期望了解目前桃園縣國民小學學校組織創
    新氛圍以及教師組織承諾現況,並且探究兩者的關係。本文以問卷調查為主、訪談法為輔,期望以質量兼
    具的研究向度,得到廣度、深度兼顧的研究資料。
    本文以「桃園縣國民小學組織創新氛圍與組織承諾調查問卷」為調查工具,隨機抽取542 名教師為
    研究對象,回收可用率83.95%,資料分析主要是為t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、積差分析等,以進
    行探析組織創新氛圍與教師組織承諾之現況與關係,進而提出可行建議,以期促進學校組織創新
    氛圍之
    The main purpose of the study is to discuss the relationship between organizational innovation climate of
    schools and teachers' organizational commitment of elementary schools at Taoyuan County. Questionnaires and
    interview are used as the research method
