Abstract:	本研究旨在瞭解國民小學實習教師教育專業信念與任教意願之現況，及兩者之相關與衝突。為達上述目的，本研究使用問卷調查法與半結構式訪談進行資料蒐集，以某教育大學人力資源教育處94 學年度輔導之國民小學實習教師為研究對象進行取樣，實際有效樣本為370位。問卷調查部份，使用自編之「國民小學實習教師教育專業信念與任教意願調查問卷」，並以次數分配、百分比、獨立樣本t 考驗、單因子變異數分析等統計方法加以分析，再根據問卷統計結果篩選訪談對象進行半結構式訪談。根據資料分析結果，研究發現如下：一、國民小學實習 The purpose of this study was to investigate the relations and conflict between educational profession belief and teaching willingness of pupil teachers in elementary school.
