    Abstract: 本研究旨在瞭解國民小學實習教師教育專業信念與任教意願之現況,及兩者
    之相關與衝突。為達上述目的,本研究使用問卷調查法與半結構式訪談進行資料
    蒐集,以某教育大學人力資源教育處94 學年度輔導之國民小學實習教師為研究
    對象進行取樣,實際有效樣本為370位。問卷調查部份,使用自編之「國民小學
    實習教師教育專業信念與任教意願調查問卷」,並以次數分配、百分比、獨立樣
    本t 考驗、單因子變異數分析等統計方法加以分析,再根據問卷統計結果篩選訪
    談對象進行半結構式訪談。根據資料分析結果,研究發現如下:
