    Abstract: 師資培育法於1994年實施後,開啟了多元師資培育管道,因教育實習是將教育理論轉化為實際教學的重要過程,透過教育實習活動的進行與推展,才能為教師專業發展作準備,即實習生修習教育專業課程過程中,促使其在教育實習期間,將理論、知能、原則,於教育實習階段得以應用、演練、驗證與統整,並建立其專業理念的活動或歷程,故在整個教師專業發展歷程中,是極具決定性的關鍵階段。
    然教育實習制度漸步上軌道之際,在實施過程尚有若干問題依舊存在。故本文擬從教育實習基本概念之分析,進一步對教育實習制度進行探析,且對教育實習制度提出具體改
