    Abstract: 不動產市場在台灣經濟發展扮演著重要的角色，不動產的交易移轉登記普遍
    必須依賴地政士(代書)辦理過戶登記，以完成相關的交易行為。由於電腦化作業
    快速便捷又廣泛，且相關業者競爭越來越激烈，故如何積極保有目前的顧客，並
    建立長久之關係，提升服務便是今日所有地政士業者的重點之ㄧ。
    地政士業務主要是在代理民眾辦理不動產的登記之相關業務。由於房仲業的
    崛起，地政士之不動產成屋買賣業務受到壓縮。另資訊網路科技的發展，政府行
    政業務簡化便民政策，消費者自行辦理登記案件也大幅攀升，使得地政士業務受
