Abstract:	知識密集服務業(Knowledge Intensive Business Service，KIBS)是知識經濟和服務經濟時代下產業互動與服務互動所發展出的概念產業。其所提供的是從諮詢發展出來的一種服務型態，作為提供客戶及企業相關知識技術、創新的服務，並能在某一特定空間環境中達到知識與技術或以知識為基礎的交流。知識密集服務業是一種中間需求的產物，進而發展成為一種具有附加價值的產業型態。所以知識密集服務業在同類型或非同類型(但具關聯性)產業的互動上扮演著重要的關鍵角色。藉由彼此之間知識的交流和商業
