Abstract:	在聯合國積極倡導永續發展的概念下，世界各國對其建築發展之落實於地方行動上，皆有其考量自身特色及個別需求所衍生之指標體系。綜觀該相關指標體系應用於集居環境之發展，皆源自於考量建築物與生態環境內的相關影響，並顧及使用者的舒適性、健康性、感受性與互動性‧‧‧等。檢視台灣現階段居住環境正漸次地朝向高層化、高密度集居化之集合住宅社區發展，然，為求落實永續發展所賴以依循之EEWH指標體系於制訂之初並未考慮、納入相關於人文、社會互動‧‧‧等因素；此即意味著忽略了以使用者需求為基礎。而，集居環境得以永續發展應須以人為本，
