    Abstract: 本文以新竹縣五峰鄉尤哈部落原住民為研究個案,藉由環境教育導入行動參與式規劃,探討原住民部落環境資源及生能智慧,觀察參與發展環境資源保育環境倫理,了解營造凝聚環境保育共識程度,紀錄環境教育之行動經驗。本文採行動式研究,以組織成員作為行動的實踐者,主動參與整個研究的過程,包括行動意涵的設計、討論、行動到結果分享與呈現。研究結果以覺知、環境倫理、公民行動技能及公民行動經驗四個面向討論行動參與導入環境教育的影響,並歸納獲致「部落群聚社會網絡可凝聚土地認同」、「原住民傳統社會規範可自然形成部落公約」、「原住民生活智
