    Abstract: 近年來工業區更新漸獲重視,但全台需更新之工業區眾多,若全部的工業區同時進行更新,勢必會對政府財政上帶來極大負擔。經濟部工業局於98年提出「北中南老舊工業區之更新與開發計畫」,並選定土城、五股、台中、竹山、安平、臨海六個工業區做為重點更新工業區。本文對於工業區更新方案進行篩選及評估,以便從各方案中選擇出最需要被優先更新的最佳方案。
    本研究整理相關更新方案選擇之評估準則及影響因子,先擬定出工業區更新的相關評估準則,將準則彼此間相互依存關係納入考量,以分析網路程序法(Analytic Network Proce
