    Abstract: 本研究探討考慮裝配誤差下齒輪修整與螺旋齒輪對動態之關係。應用齒條形刀具所創成的漸開線齒輪幾何外形方程式,參數化自動產生易調整密度與數量之高品質螺旋齒輪的網格模型。應用動態有限元素軟體LS-DYNA計算螺旋齒輪對運轉嚙合時的動態接觸應力與齒根應力,探討螺旋齒輪對在各種裝配誤差條件下,隆齒修整及齒頂修整與齒輪動態應力之關係。結果顯示,不論有無/有裝配誤差,適當齒頂修整或者隆齒修整都可以降低螺旋齒輪的動態接觸應力的峰值,而同時進行齒頂與隆齒修整對於動態特性改善有較好效果。
