為提昇居家修繕及室內裝潢等相關從業人員於操作桌上型圓盤鋸機的安全性，本創作提供一種防護裝置及具有防護裝置之圓盤鋸設備。防護裝置包括支撐架組成、垂直調整構件、水平調整構件以及護罩組成。支撐架組成連接至操作台，垂直調整構件連接至支撐架組成，並且可相對於支撐架組成進行垂直移動。水平調整構件連接至垂直調整構件的一端，且可相對於垂直調整構件進行水平移動。護罩組成包含吊掛架、複數個護罩葉片與複數個樞接裝置， 吊掛架固接至水平調整構件，且複數個護罩葉片以陣列狀排列於吊掛架的兩側，而各護罩葉片的一端以各樞接裝置樞接至吊掛架，並且可以樞接裝置為軸心進行擺動，使圓盤鋸機於裁切作業時暴露最小之危險面積，並加上無限感測技術方式達到操作人員進入裁切危險區域時，能即時夠過無限感測技術使機具自動執行斷電停止，透過上述本創作之桌上型之圓盤鋸機保護裝置，能增加操作人員的保護以及安全性。 An add-on device was invented to protect the interior decoration workers from hurting by circular saws, which can be added on the exisitng circular saws. The protective cover comprises a hanger rack and sevral protective leaves with hinges. The hanger rack is fixed to the horizontal adjustment component. The protective leaves are arrayed and hinged on the two sides of the rack. The protective leaves are equiped with sensors so that when they are pushed by the worker's hands and swing to the shaded area of the sawing bench, the power of saw will be switched down automatically to protect the worker's hands from cutting by the saw. With such device, the safety of worker will be improved significantly.
