Abstract:	在多變、多元的消費市場，如何運用有限資源來滿足顧客需求，已成為企業永續經營的關鍵因素。面對此背景，管理者的決策也隨環境變化必須快速適應與替換。本研究改良Petersen 倉儲環境，發現當有交叉走道設立，且在小訂單型態時，訂單批量策略其所改善之績效與儲位指派相差不遠，其結果與Petersen 有所差異。且在大型訂單下，儲位指派政策顯得更加重要。而本研究亦驗證當訂單大小不同時，其儲位指派、訂單批量、路徑規劃三大策略影響揀貨距離之規模也跟著不同，如此決策時便可從關鍵性之政策進行改善，期望本研究結果能 At the diverse market, how to use limited resources to satisfy consumer’s needs, has became the key factor for enterprises to operate permanently.
