    Abstract: 本文由組織變遷的角度理論為基礎，先說明台灣政黨的起源與特色；其次說明台灣政黨體系變遷包括：威權體制下的一黨獨大、反對力量的集結與區域性的發展、兼具合作與競爭關係的兩黨體系、極化的兩大政黨聯盟等四個階段；第三部分簡要介紹台灣主要政黨，包括國民黨、民進黨、親民黨、台灣團結聯盟等四個政黨的起源、特性、選舉表現等；第四部分解釋台灣政黨的體系環境如憲法、人團法、選罷法等制度要素；最後分析台灣政黨政治的變遷動力與未來可能發展。
