    Abstract: 在許多實際應用中,為了滿足傳輸通道和終端顯示設備的要求,需要改變影像的尺寸。近年來,影像縮放演算法在壓縮領域引起了對計算效率的關注。
    在本論文中,高效率的影像縮放演算法以離散餘弦轉換為基底,而離散餘弦轉換(DCT)在JPEG編碼標準中有著廣泛的應用。在傳統的DCT演算法中,N點的DCT係數,可以表示為N/2點DCT與N/2點DST(離散正弦轉換),以改進DCT計算的複雜性與效率。
