Abstract:	摘要在全球化的發展趨勢下，各個產業均須面對全球性的競爭進行國際化之發展，觀光產業也不例外。觀光旅館是接待國際旅客的主要觀光設施，其設備與服務品質是否具國際化之水準，關係旅館接待旅客能量及營業績效，也影響國家或旅遊地區之觀光發展。本研究使用德爾菲法(Delphi method)和層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process; AHP)建構一套評量旅館之設備與服務品質國際化程度之評估指標，期做為建立政府管理機關建立評量機制之基礎或旅館業者自行檢視國際化程度的工具。評估指標之架構透過專家學 Abstract In the trend of globalization, almost every industrial sector is facing global competition and needs to overcome the issue through internationalization.
