    Abstract: 隨著健康意識抬頭,從日常飲食到生活習慣格外重視健康的元素,如何吃得健康又均衡,除了本身
    了解食材的營養價值、營養素外,最重要在食物的選擇搭配及運用上是一門重要產品研究開發的課題。
    本研究以開發健康養生之烘焙產品為課題,採用蛋白、黑芝麻及南瓜等養生食材製作產品。本產品以天
    使蛋糕為主體,搭配富含維生素E 黑芝麻,製作外觀對比搶眼,香氣濃郁的健康烘焙產品。內餡以南瓜
    烤熟成泥狀,搭配水煮蛋白碎,製作色彩鮮明如陽光般南瓜蛋白餡。整體產品以黑白對比的黑天使蛋糕
    搭配白橘相間的自然香甜的南瓜內餡,呈現健康爽口的清淡
