    Abstract: 周休二日政策實施,國人從事休閒旅遊機會大幅增加,使得餐旅業受到了高度的重視。而服務性人力可說是餐旅服務業品質的重要因素之一,顧客對服務的要求提高,因此服務人員的能力決定服務的品質高低。若學校培育出來的餐旅科系畢業生,能在畢業後投入職場,即可成為餐旅產業之生力軍。但許多餐旅科系畢業生放棄所學而另尋工作,不但造成教育資源浪費,更會增加產業界尋找合適員工的成本。因此本研究將旅館客務人員的專業能力統整,發展出自我評量問卷來檢視現階段技職體系的餐旅管理系學生的旅館客務專業能力,以瞭解餐旅教育是否能符合職場上之實際需
