    Abstract: 本研究藉由計劃行為理論探討不同體系餐旅管理系學生報考職業技術士技能檢定證照的行為意圖及其相關的因素。本研究以99 年6 月餐旅管理系日間部應屆畢業生為研究對象，回收的有效問卷為372 份。研究結果顯示餐旅管理系學生認為自己是具有報考技術士技能證照檢定的意願(M=5.08,SD=1.14)，且計畫行為理論可有效的解釋技職體系餐旅管理系學生報考職業技術士技能檢定證照的行為意向，影響其意向之因素依次為主觀規範、知覺行為控制及態度。另外，在不同體系的學生中，在主觀規範信念的「師長鼓勵我考技術士技能檢定證照」和「業
