    Abstract: 隨著週休二日制度的實施,國人的休閒時間越來越多,也愈來愈重視休閒遊憩的品質,進入博物館參觀也成為休閒活動的選項之ㄧ。現在的博物館也把「觀眾」、「顧客」放到第一順位,思考著如何創造博物館價值,現代博物館已逐漸由從傳統的「物件導向」轉變成以觀眾為主的「服務導向」,除了堅守文化保存及教育傳承的基本信仰之外,還必須要加強觀眾服務的面向。本研究之目的是針對博物館的觀眾以WtA來檢視博物館的服務流程,進而協助博物館管理者了解觀眾的想法,找到服務缺口並改善之。研究結果指出觀眾多數認同個案博物館的服務流程,少數缺失也是該
