Abstract:	本研究利用粒線體COI片段序列研析東亞產彎角似鷹爪蝦之族群遺傳結構與地理親緣之關係。採集來於宜蘭(YI)、廈門(XM)、香港(HK)、日本(JP)、韓國(KOR)等5地區，共102個體加以分析。共102個體中，產生32個單倍基因體，hyplotype diversity值為0.837，nucleotide diversity 為0.0155。Neighbor-Joining樹狀圖分析顯示可分為二大群：群A包含來自於YI、XM、HK；群B包含來自JP、KOR。配對的Fst顯示A群內的族群兩兩間皆不顯著，但B Part sequences of the cytochrome oxidase subunit I (COI) gene were used to elucidate the phylogeography and genetic structure of Trachypenaeus curvirostris in East Asia.
