Abstract:	會展產業被視為「朝陽產業」，極具發展潛力，帶來之周邊經濟效益和連鎖效應驚人，被視為重要指標以檢視國家經濟實力。相較於歐美各國，亞洲區發展會展產業時間較晚，但根據國際協會聯盟(UIA)和國際會議協會(ICCA)報告指出，亞洲地區在近年來會展市場佔有率不斷增高，合併估計每年約達3000億美元，反映出亞洲區是會展業在全球成長最快的地區(柏雲昌，2010)。台灣已將會展業列為「十大重點服務業」，中國大陸「十二五」規劃也著重在會展產業發展，而為擴大兩岸在會展產業發展的潛能，會展產業也被列入兩岸簽屬ECFA的早收清單 MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, Exhibition) is regarded as a “Sunrise Industry” as it has a remarkable potential to have great effect on marginal economic utility.
