    Title: 台北都會區銀髮族休閒態度及休閒阻礙之研究

    Abstract: 現今社會由於生活條件、醫療衛生等因素的改善，國民平均壽命有逐年延長的趨勢，人口呈現老化現象。本研究以台北地區銀髮族為對象，探討其參與休閒活動的態度及休閒阻礙的因素，希望透過研究分析不同背景屬性之銀髮族休閒態度及休閒阻礙之差異性。本研究在2009年6月於台北松年大學進行問卷預測，共計發50份問卷。進一步於8月初進行正式問卷調查，分別在台北之公園：蘭州公園、青年公園、大安森林公園、培英公園做調查，共發出160份問卷，共得有效問卷150份。
